At Aman Phull Endodontics, we are committed to providing the highest standard of care and service. If something has not met your expectations, we want to know so that we can put it right and learn from the experience.
All complaints are taken seriously, handled with care and in confidence, and responded to as promptly as possible.
If you have a concern or complaint, please contact us in the first instance:
Complaints should be made within 12 months of the treatment in question, or within 12 months of becoming aware of a problem.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days of receiving it and let you know who is handling it.
We will investigate your complaint thoroughly and fairly, reviewing your records and any relevant information.
We aim to provide a full written response within 10 working days. If more time is needed, we will contact you with an update and an expected timeframe.
Our response will explain our findings and, where appropriate, any steps we are taking as a result. We will always apologise where something has fallen short.
If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal process, you have the right to escalate it to an independent body.
Dental Complaints Service (DCS)
The Dental Complaints Service provides a free and impartial service to help patients and dental professionals resolve complaints about private dental treatment.
General Dental Council (GDC)
If your concern relates to the fitness to practise of a dental professional — for example, a serious clinical or conduct issue — you can raise this with the GDC.
All complaints are handled in strict confidence. Information relating to your complaint will only be shared with those directly involved in investigating and resolving it.
We review complaints regularly to identify any patterns or areas for improvement. Every complaint is an opportunity to improve the care and service we provide.
